Aston Martin first used the name "Vantage" in 1950 as a specification for the DB2. The Vantage name continued throughout the Aston Martin model range changing from a specification to a model name and is still used in the current Aston Martin model range.
"Vantage has always stood for engineering ambition, thrilling performance and exceptional beauty."
The name "Vantage" proudly sits on more than a third of all the sports cars ever made by the luxury British brand. Spanning seven decades and covering some of the company’s most revered sports cars, the Vantage family forms a crucial part of the ever-evolving Aston Martin story. 2025 is an important milestone for Vantage.
75 years of the Vantage name associated with Aston Martin and 20 years since the launch of the first Gaydon Vantage.
The Gaydon VH2 Vantage remains the biggest sales success in the brand’s proud history; time for a celebration!
To mark the 75th and 20th anniversaries, the Club has booked the British Motor Museum for a celebration of Vantage - as close to the Aston Martin Gaydon factory as we could.
The Club welcomes all Aston Martin owners and enthusiasts to this festive occasion, and we hope to see the amazing employees from Aston Martin Lagonda as well, to see the cars they so skillfully built for our enjoyment.
There will be dedicated parking for all Aston Martin cars and the opportunity to display any Aston Martin with the Vantage name.
