1. Which Directorships were up for election ?
The three week window for Directors' Nominations closed as planned at 17:00 BST on Friday 31st July.
In line with the Club's Articles of Association, three Directorships out of the ten were up for election, each for a three year term.
The three Directorships were :
1. Chairman
2. International Director - Rest of the World
3. External Relations (Sponsorship) and Marketing
2. Nomination Results
The independent election services provider appointed to conduct the Directors' Nominations process, CIVICA, has reported that at the close of the window each of the three Directorships had one eligible nomination.
On this basis, therefore, no election is triggered, and each of the three nominations is appointed, uncontested, as Director for a period of three years (until their next rotation), effective close of this year's AGM.
The three Directorships, with the nominations, are :
1. Chairman : Jason Karr
2. International Director - Rest of the World : Peter Saglietti
3. Director - External Relations (Sponsorship) and Marketing : Deborah Tyer-Curtis

We are hugely grateful to Tom Westley and to Jim Tweddle, who are standing down as Chairman and Director - Rest of the World, respectively.
We thank Tom and Jim for their significant contributions over the past three years, and wish each of them continued success in their future endeavours.
3. New Management Committee, effective close of this year's AGM
To summarise, the new MC, effective close of this year's AGM, will be comprised as follows (all voting, unless specified otherwise) :

2. Deputy Chairman : Richard Butler
3. Treasurer : Alan Haig
4. Communications : David Lewington
5. Competitions and Events : Anthony Oade
6. International - Americas : Bob Welch
7. International - Europe : Frederik-Jan Umbgrove
8. International - Rest of the World : Peter Saglietti
9. External Relations (Sponsorship) and Marketing : Deborah Tyler-Curtis
10. Membership : Mike Bradly Russell (appointed by the MC)
11. Director - UK : Andrew Mitchell (co-opted by the MC, non-voting)
12. Company Secretary (appointed by the MC, non-voting) : Geoff Harvey
