The independent election services provider appointed to conduct the Directors' Nominations process, CIVICA, has reported that at the close of the window there were three Directorships with one nomination each, and one Directorship with none.
On this basis, therefore, no election is triggered, and each of the three nominations is appointed, uncontested, as Director for a period of three years (until their next rotation), effective close of this year's AGM.
The three Directorships, with the nominations, are :
1. Deputy Chairman : Richard Butler
2. International Director - Americas : Bob Welch
3. Director - Competitions and Events : Anthony Oade

The fourth Directorship - Membership - will be open as things stand, as there was no nomination, and the incumbent, Derek Footman, has advised his intention to stand down at this year's AGM.
In addition, two other Directors have advised their intention to stand down at this year's AGM; Peter Snowdon (Competitions and Events) and David King (External Relations (Sponsorship) and Marketing).
