Our Aston Martin DB6 Vantage, built in July 1965, is for sale.
The vehicle has been in our possession since November 2019 and has always served us faithfully over the years. We have travelled over 20,000 km with the DB6 throughout Europe including the UK since 2019. The Aston is very well known in the community. This is explicitly a DB6 to drive, it is not a concourse vehicle and has not been treated as such. We're simply selling it as we recently had our first son and since we have a few more Astons, we don't have the time to drive them all as much as we used to.
The car has been serviced annually by our local Munich specialist and is mechanically in top condition. MOT new (05/2025). Vantage engine with 3 Weber carburettors. Manual gearbox with 5-speed gearbox. Cruise control in MPH, the KM displays accordingly also in miles.
The interior is in very good condition, the leather seats have a charming patina and have always been well maintained.
The paintwork is in good condition. There are 2 minor stone chips, but overall the paintwork is good. In the longer term, a repaint would be a good idea, but is not a must.
About the history of the car: the DB6 was the test vehicle of the British magazine ‘Autosport’ in 1965. The Vantage engine and the car were driven and tested at the same time under the number plate ‘NPP 5D’.
The DB6 is a vehicle that wants to be driven. Accordingly, we would be delighted if the new owners wanted to use the car.
The price is negotiable and the vehicle can be inspected at any time in Munich. Documentation of all repairs and improvements is available. Please do send me a message for pictures
